All our microgreens grown by "Rebel Farmer" are soil grown near Ashford without chemicals

All are trimmed and boxed by hand and curated perfectly for maximum colour and flavou

​These gems can be used as a garnish but they are great en masse, stacked on a plate with mustard dressing. Add steak, prawns, chicken, halloumi or roasted veg and you are giving yourself a great meal. The Rebel Team love them stuffed in a sandwich.

​The compostable boxes contain approx 75g of mixed leaf sprouts and shoots. Our Mix may vary but can include....​
