This is a premium variety of single variety Arbequina Olive Oil.
This extra virgin olive oil comes in a 1 litre can. It is produced only from olive trees on the growers own farm in the Jalón Valley, Aragón. They control the entire production chain, from the maintenance of the olive trees and harvesting to the milling of the olives in there own oil mill.
